So, I need to tone up. I’m not morbidly obese or anything, but I do need to lose a few pounds. A size 10 would be perfect for me, I don’t want to be skinny, but I definitely don’t want to be fat either. Pinterest is an amazing source for fitness tips. There’s so many workouts on there for anyone to try and it definitely beats a $50 per month gym membership.

Anyway, everyone needs to commit to being healthy. No one deserves to be sickly later in life. When we get old and retired, we should be partying it up on the islands or something, not going back and forth to the hospital and taking fifty million pills a day. I don’t want to live like that, do you?
